Giving advice and weighing alternatives in French

Use envisager to consider an option, recommander to recommend it, and avantage and inconvénient to weigh its good and bad sides. Unlike English you, French distinguishes respectful singular vous from familiar tu: use “je vous recommanderais” in a formal conversation and “À ta place, j'essaierais” with a friend, with the conditional softening advice in both settings. When explaining results, “ce sont les horaires flexibles” introduces a plural noun phrase, while “c'est d'étudier seul” introduces an action with de plus an infinitive rather than an English -ing form. Convenir takes à for the person something suits, represented by me in “Ça pourrait me convenir”; même si introduces a reservation, and the conditional devrais here means “would need to”, not a past action.

Say what might suit you and what gives you pause

Une option pourrait me convenir, même si une réserve concrète.
