Em português, “acumular” funciona de modo parecido: “By December, we’ll have accumulated enough savings to replace the equipment.”

“By” marca o prazo; nas orações temporais destes exemplos, com “by the time” ou “when”, use o presente, não “will”.
By future reference point, subject will have past participle.
By the time you arrive, we'll have finished the first round of tests.
We'll have resolved the main issues by the time you review the results.
“Still” corresponde a “ainda”.
future reference point, subject will still be verb in the -ing form.
This time next month, we'll still be testing the new system.
Nesta época do mês que vem, a gente ainda vai estar testando o sistema novo.
When you visit in September, our team will still be adapting to the changes.
Para destacar a duração até um ponto futuro, use “will have been” mais o verbo em “-ing” e “for” mais o período: “By Friday, we’ll have been working on this project for six months.”
By future reference point, subject will have been verb in the -ing form for duration.
By Friday, we'll have been working on this project for six months.
Next June, the service will have been running for a year.
Use “will have accumulated” para indicar quanto terá sido acumulado até um prazo; acrescente o que isso permitirá fazer: “By December, we’ll have accumulated enough savings to replace the equipment.” A construção expressa um resultado acumulado, enquanto “will still be accumulating” destacaria uma atividade ainda em curso.
By future reference point, subject will have accumulated enough quantity to next step.
By December, we'll have accumulated enough savings to replace the equipment.
By the end of the trial, we'll have accumulated enough data to assess the changes.
Orações com “when” e “by the time”
Em uma oração que indica quando algo acontecerá, o inglês normalmente usa o presente depois de “when” ou “by the time”, mesmo quando se refere ao futuro: “By the time you arrive, we’ll have finished the first round of tests.” A ação principal pode usar “will have” para indicar que estará concluída antes desse momento. Para uma atividade que continuará acontecendo, use “will still be” mais o verbo em “-ing”: “When you visit in September, our team will still be adapting to the changes.”
