My shopping habits have changed; back then, I always carried cash.
How has a change affected an aspect of someone's life? / Does a change affect an aspect of someone's life?
How has working from home affected your daily life?

「I find it hard to work」は「働くのは難しいと思います」という意味で、「it」を置いてから、何をするのが難しいかを続けます。
It has changed my mornings because I no longer travel to the office.
At first, I missed my colleagues, but now I have more time with my children.
My experience is different; for example, I find it hard to work in my small flat.
My mother finds it quick and easy, but my father still prefers cash.
My grandmother prefers cash too, because she can see how much she spends.
