“I can't come, so could you change my appointment, please?”(行けません。
“The rooms are small. However, they're quiet.”(部屋は狭いです。 “Although the chair is old, it's comfortable.”(椅子は古いけど、座り心地がいいです。) “She told me she was late.”(遅れると私に言いました。) “I'd like a refund, please.”(返金をお願いします。)
I can't come, so could you change my appointment, please?
The rooms are small. However, they're quiet.
Although the chair is old, it's comfortable.
She told me she was late.
I'd like a refund, please.
paragraph(パラグラフ)は段落で、一つの内容についての文のかたまりです。 send(センド)は「送る」です。
Desk came には the も a もなく、Need it には I がありません。
Hi! Desk came. It's broken!
Man on the phone said new one Tuesday. Nothing!
Need it by Saturday. Send one? Thanks!
I'm writing about “I'm writing about a desk which I ordered from your shop.”(そちらのお店で注文した机についてご連絡しています。)
Hello,
I'm writing about a desk which I ordered from your shop.
We'll send a new one.(新しいものを送ります。) “I called your shop that day, and a man told me that you'd send a new one.”(その日にお店に電話すると、新しいものを送ると男性に言われました。)
The desk was delivered on Friday.
However, when I opened the box, the desk was broken.
This means that I can't use it.
I called your shop that day, and a man told me that you'd send a new one.
Although he said that it would arrive on Tuesday, it hasn't arrived.
I've attached the receipt and a photo.
They show the date and the broken desk.
“If you can't, I'd like a refund.”(難しい場合は、返金をお願いします。)
Hello、Could you…?、Thank you、Kind regards
I need a desk by Saturday, so could you send one this week, please?
If you can't, I'd like a refund.
Could you reply today, please?
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Tom Clark
send one の one は a desk や a chair の代わりです。
I need a desk / I need a chair by Saturday, so could you send one this week / reply today, please?
I need a desk by Saturday, so could you send one this week, please?
I need a chair by Saturday, so could you send one this week, please?
I need a desk by Saturday, so could you reply today, please?
“However, when I opened the box, the desk was broken.”(しかし、箱を開けると、机が壊れていました。) although(〜けれども)は、対比する内容と同じ文の中で使います。“Although he said that it would arrive on Tuesday, it hasn't arrived.”(火曜日に届くと言われましたが、届いていません。)
so(だから)のあとには結果、because(〜ので)のあとには理由が来ます。“I need a desk by Saturday, so could you send one this week, please?”(土曜日までに机が必要なので、今週中に送っていただけますか。) “I can't use the desk because it's broken.”(机が壊れているので、使えません。)
However, when I opened the box, the desk was broken.
Although he said that it would arrive on Tuesday, it hasn't arrived.
I need a desk by Saturday, so could you send one this week, please?
I can't use the desk because it's broken.
it、they、this、that、one “When I opened the box, it was broken.”(箱を開けると、壊れていました。)
they は二つ以上のものを指します(They show…
When I opened the box, it was broken.
However, when I opened the box, the desk was broken.
I've attached the receipt and a photo.
They show the date and the broken desk.
This means that I can't use it.
I called your shop that day, and a man told me that you'd send a new one.
を Could you…?
“This paragraph is too long.”(この段落は長すぎるよ。) “Start a new paragraph here.”(ここで段落を変えて。)
Hi! Desk came. It's broken!
The desk was delivered on Friday.
However, when I opened the box, the desk was broken.
Man on the phone said new one Tuesday. Nothing!
I called your shop that day, and a man told me that you'd send a new one.
Although he said that it would arrive on Tuesday, it hasn't arrived.
Need it by Saturday. Send one? Thanks!
I need a desk by Saturday, so could you send one this week, please?
This paragraph is too long.
Start a new paragraph here.
Are you free on Saturday?
Dear Tom,
You weren't at the meeting on Monday, so here's what happened.
First, the teacher said that the school would be closed on Friday.
Then she asked if we were free on Saturday.
Finally, she told us that she'd send an email on Tuesday.
Although Saturday isn't a good day for me, I said that I could come.
In my view, we should say yes.
Are you free on Saturday?
Could you reply today, please?
Best wishes,
Emma Hall
椅子なので、use it の代わりに sit on it(座る)を使います。
Hi! Chair came. It's broken!
Need it by Saturday. Send one? Thanks!
Hello,
I'm writing about a chair which I ordered from your shop.
The chair was delivered on Monday.
However, when I opened the box, the chair was broken.
This means that I can't sit on it.
I've attached a photo of the chair.
I need a chair by Saturday, so could you send one this week, please?
If you can't, I'd like a refund.
Kind regards,
